Rise Tower Riyadh: The 2-Kilometer Icon Set to Redefine Global Skylines 🔸 The global architectural firm HKS has unveiled its design proposals for Rise Tower in the North Pole District north of Riyadh — planned to be the tallest tower in the world, reaching nearly 2 kilometers in height. This will make it almost three times taller than the Burj Khalifa (828 m), aiming to become an architectural and tourism icon within Saudi Vision 2030. 🔅 Strategic Location ▪️ Positioned near King Khalid International Airport and just minutes from major destinations such as Riyadh Expo 2030, New Murabba, and King Salman Park. ▪️ The surrounding 306 km² district will feature residential neighborhoods, cultural landmarks, commercial centers, and public parks, all linked to other mega-projects. ▪️ What further elevates the project’s value is that it sits at the heart of a fully integrated, smart, and interconnected district — not as an isolated development. 🔅 Sustainable, Future-Ready Design ▪️ A tapered, multi-layered structure inspired by nature and technology to suit the desert climate. ▪️ Includes luxury hotels, premium offices, fine-dining restaurants, panoramic observation decks, and entertainment venues. ▪️ Powered by solar and renewable energy, with a smart infrastructure that integrates high-speed metro lines, pedestrian-friendly streets, autonomous vehicles, and aerial taxi services. 🔅 Tourism and Investment Impact ▪️ Backed by the Public Investment Fund through its subsidiary, Tower District Real Estate Development Company. ▪️ Designed to become a global hub for business and tourism, strengthening Riyadh’s position as an economic and cultural destination by 2030. #RiseTower #Riyadh2030 #NorthPoleRiyadh #SaudiVision2030 #GlobalBusinessHub #SustainableArchitecture #MegaProjects #TourismInvestment #SmartCities #PIFProjects | 164 comments on LinkedIn

$163 Billion in Kuwaiti Capital Moves Toward Saudi Arabia… What Changed? | Mohammed H. Al Qahtani posted on the topic | LinkedIn
$163 Billion in Kuwaiti Capital Moves Toward Saudi Arabia… What Changed? 🔹 Kuwait is no stranger to global investment. In fact, it was the first country in the world to establish a sovereign wealth fund back in 1953. Today, the Kuwait Investment Authority manages over $800 billion in assets across more than 120 countries — a legacy that sets the stage for the launch of “Al-Kout Investment Company,” a new sovereign vehicle with an initial capital of KD 50 billion (approx. $163 billion). 🔅 Behind the move: ▪️ The new company aims to reduce reliance on oil revenues by diversifying national income — aligned with Kuwait Vision 2035. ▪️ Its focus: major regional projects, with Saudi Arabia at the core. ▪️ Target sectors include energy, smart cities, infrastructure, transport, and industrial zones. 🔅 Why is Kuwait investing in Saudi Arabia? ▪️ Because Saudi Arabia has become the region’s primary magnet for sovereign capital — thanks to clarity of vision, scale of opportunity, and accelerated execution. ▪️ Projects like NEOM, The Line, and the Eastern Province are no longer conceptual. They’re active investment destinations. ▪️ Major funds from the UAE, Qatar, and Oman have already committed billions, signaling a structural shift in where Gulf capital flows. ▪️ Kuwait’s response? Establishing a specialized, strategic vehicle — not reactive participation, but deliberate positioning. 🔅 Targets by 2030: ▪️ Reduce pressure on the state budget by 30% ▪️ Attract KD 10 billion in private and foreign capital ▪️ Generate KD 1 billion in annual revenues ▪️ Create over 50,000 new jobs 🔸 This is not just the launch of another company — it’s a strategic recalibration. Kuwait is not catching up; it’s realigning from a position of long-held leadership. #RegionalInvestment #Kuwait #SaudiArabia #AlKout #SovereignFunds #NEOM #TheLine #Vision2030 #Kuwait2035 #SmartCities #Infrastructure #GulfEconomy #GCCInvestment #StrategicCapital #SovereignStrategy | 101 comments on LinkedIn

🇸🇦🇫🇷 When Quiet Diplomacy Delivers… and Others Rush to Take Credit 🔸 "Where is Saudi Arabia on Palestine?" For years, critics questioned Riyadh’s stance, while the Kingdom quietly offered political, financial, and diplomatic support. But when real progress happens, the same voices reappear, now claiming the credit. 🔸 Diplomacy isn't about being loud. It's about being effective. History remembers those who change outcomes, not those who make noise. 🔅 Saudi Arabia Moved Quietly, But Decisively ▪️ Engaged in high-level talks with Europe, China, and the US ▪️ Coordinated with France and the UK ▪️ Supported UN efforts to revive the two-state path ▪️ Built political and legal momentum for recognition 📍By April 2025, Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman had played a key role in pushing Macron toward recognition as part of a broader peace initiative. 🎯 Riyadh was not seeking headlines. It was engineering a shift in global positioning on Palestine. 🔅 France Recognizes Palestine and Credits Saudi Arabia On July 24, President Emmanuel Macron confirmed that France will recognize the State of Palestine at the UN General Assembly in September. 📜 In his official message, President Macron highlighted the joint Saudi–French leadership behind the UN initiative for the two-state solution. 🔸 This was not symbolic. It was a clear recognition of Riyadh’s central role. 🔅 The Media Confirmed It ▪️ Reuters, CNN, The Guardian, and FRANCE 24 recognized Saudi Arabia’s central role ▪️ Arab News quoted President Abbas thanking Riyadh ▪️ POLITICO and Middle East Monitor confirmed diplomatic coordination behind the scenes 🔅 Why Saudi Arabia Stands Firm on the Two-State Solution ▪️ A Palestine with internationally recognized borders ▪️ Sovereign institutions and an independent economy ▪️ Free access to ports and airports under Palestinian control 🔸 Saudi Arabia seeks statehood rooted in empowerment, not illusion. 🔅 The Takeaway France said it Palestine confirmed it The media reported it Riyadh delivered it Everyone credited the achievement to its true source 📌 Saudi Arabia called the recognition "historic" and urged global alignment behind a revived two-state solution 📌 Palestinian officials praised Riyadh’s role and thanked the Kingdom for its consistent support 🔅 Leadership Comes With Weight — But Also With Truth Saudi Arabia has never shied away from responsibility, and with leadership comes scrutiny. But criticism must not turn into opportunism. Those who once doubted the Kingdom's commitment should at least acknowledge the outcome, not rewrite the credit. #SaudiDiplomacy #PalestineRecognition #TwoStateSolution #FrancePalestine #MohammedBinSalman #MiddleEastPeace #UNGA2025 #QuietDiplomacy #SaudiLeadership #GlobalPolicy #ArabWorld | 216 comments on LinkedIn

From Words to Strategy: Behind the Scenes of a Meeting with Sri Lanka’s Ambassador | Mohammed H. Al Qahtani | 84 comments
From Words to Strategy: Behind the Scenes of a Meeting with Sri Lanka’s Ambassador 🔅Last night, I accepted a gracious invitation to meet H.E. Omar Lebbe Ameer Ajwad, Ambassador of Sri Lanka to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, at his residence in Riyadh. An overdue encounter that came at just the right time. It went far beyond diplomatic pleasantries 🔅The conversation began on a purely intellectual note. 🔸We reflected on some of my historical posts, and I found in the ambassador, who is also a scholar and writer, a rare depth of knowledge that added a new layer to our exchange. 🔸This alignment in thought quickly dissolved formality and opened space for a pragmatic dialogue about economic connectivity between our two countries. 🔅We discussed the challenges Sri Lankan companies, especially mid-sized ones, face when attempting to expand into the Saudi market. 🔸There’s a pressing need for professional tools that help navigate regulatory frameworks and connect with distributors, investors, financiers, and competent advisors. 👈 That naturally led me to share a concept we’re structuring under Saudi Arabia Holding Company: the Elite Business Club. 🔸Not a reaction to a problem, but a framework born from repeated observation. 🔸Opportunities are rarely absent. What’s absent is the structure that allows them to travel, scale, and endure. 🔅The Elite Business Club isn’t just a framework. 🔸It’s a response to a pattern I’ve seen across borders. 🔸Connections are not strength in themselves unless governed by a methodology that produces transferable value. 🔅We also explored untapped investment potential in Sri Lanka, and the need for strategic repositioning—not just in concept, but in packaging, readiness, and narrative clarity—to meet the expectations of Saudi and global investors. 🔅What quietly reinforced the meaning of this exchange was the Ambassador’s familiarity with this platform. 🔸He had been following this account long before his appointment. 🔸He mentioned that much of what’s shared here helped him, as a decision-maker, develop a deeper understanding of Saudi Arabia’s transformation landscape. 🔅This meeting was personal, intellectual, and strategic all at once. 🔸And what made it meaningful is the reminder it carried: ▪️Sometimes, the weight of a well-placed word precedes the weight of any project. ▪️When you write with clarity and intention, your voice travels where even influence cannot. 🔸So write with the calm of someone who has already arrived. ▪️Because vision doesn’t seek permission, it sets direction. ▪️And above all: never write in the heat of emotion. ▪️Let the fire fuel your insight, not your reaction. #EliteBusinessClub #SaudiArabiaHoldingCompany #SriLanka #SaudiArabia #InvestmentOpportunities #StrategicPartnerships #MiddleEastAsia #PrivateSectorLeadership #EconomicIntegration #BusinessDiplomacy #VisionDrivenLeadership #ForeignInvestment #CrossBorderTrade #LinkedInVoices #LeadershipInsights | 84 comments on LinkedIn
