Alexander Plank is becoming one of the most influential voices in the world of founder performance, burnout prevention, and sustainable scaling. With a message grounded equally in neuroscience and lived experience, Alex has emerged as the coach helping high-achieving founders reclaim their time, energy, and clarity, without sacrificing their ambition.

From reversing his own burnout to coaching hundreds of leaders across Europe, Alex represents a new era of peak-performance coaching: science-backed, deeply human, and built for the modern founder.

Who Is Alexander Plank?

Alexander Plank is a German peak-performance coach based in Augsburg, Bavaria, known for helping founders, entrepreneurs, and agency owners avoid burnout and work 10 hours less per week, while increasing focus, resilience, and productivity.

He is the creator of the neuroscience-based 3R System (Reset > Rise > Reshape), a 12-week transformation program designed to rewire mindset, reset energy, and rebuild performance on a sustainable foundation.

But Alex’s authority comes from more than certifications.

It comes from what he lived through.

Before becoming a coach, Alex was grinding through 14-hour workdays, running on stress, and ignoring every warning sign his body gave him. The result?

A complete burnout that cost him ~€30,000 in rehab, months of recovery time, and the realization that “success built on stress eventually destroys itself.”

That moment became his turning point.

Since then, Alex has invested over 1,000 hours working directly with founders and executives, earned international certifications in NLP, personal coaching, and business coaching, and trained with some of Germany’s leading performance and mindset experts.

Today, he is the go-to coach for leaders who want to scale, without burning out in the process.

From Burnout to Breakthrough

Alex’s story mirrors that of so many founders.

Driven. Ambitious. High-standards.

But also overwhelmed. Exhausted. Running faster than their systems can handle.

His burnout forced him to confront the core truth he now teaches:

“A business that drains you will eventually break you. A business that fuels you will grow with you.”

Instead of stepping away from entrepreneurship, Alex rebuilt himself.

He studied neuroscience, high-performance psychology, belief systems, emotional regulation, and energy optimization.

He tested every tool on himself before sharing it with clients.

And that work led him to develop his signature transformation framework: The 3R System.

Mission: Sustainable Success for Founders

Alex’s mission isn’t simply to help founders “avoid burnout. ”It’s to help them build businesses that enhance their live, not consume them.

Through his coaching programs, content, and interviews, he helps founders:

  • Rewire limiting beliefs that fuel stress

  • Reset their nervous system and daily energy

  • Introduce boundaries without creating conflict

  • Communicate effectively with teams

  • Recover 8-10+ hours per week

  • Scale with clarity and emotional stability

His philosophy is simple:

“You don’t need more time. You need more capacity.”

Capacity to lead. Capacity to decide. Capacity to think clearly. Capacity to rest without guilt.

This shift has helped countless founders regain control of their schedule, their energy, and their identity.

Proven Framework: The 3R System

Alex’s 12-week 3R System is the result of years of research, coaching, and field testing.

1. Reset

Recalibrate the nervous system, establish daily “reset moments,” reduce cognitive overload, and restore baseline mental clarity.

2. Rise

Build resilience, eliminate limiting beliefs, strengthen identity, and create mental patterns that support growth, not stress.

3. Reshape

Restructure workflow, implement boundaries, install scalable habits, and align business operations with personal values.

The process is neuroscience-backed and deeply practical, focused on short, tactical interventions founders can implement immediately.

Client Outcomes & Social Proof

Alex’s approach has delivered measurable, documented results:

  • C.P. - Doctor & business owner Reclaimed 8 hours in 7 days, revenue scaled from €30K > €37K within 2 months.

  • B. - Habit coach Immediate breakthrough around the power of daily reset moments.

  • L. - Small business owner Realigned family and business around meaningful values; regained joy, clarity, and long-lost focus.

His clients consistently describe the experience as “transformational,” “life-changing,” and “like upgrading your operating system.”

Audience & Platforms

With 14,850+ followers on LinkedIn, Alex has built a fast-growing community of:

  • Founders

  • Agency owners

  • Coaches & consultants

  • Executives

  • High-performing knowledge workers

Beyond LinkedIn, he appears in:

  • YouTube interviews, including the popular video “This One Belief Is Destroying Your Life”

  • His own YouTube content on burnout reversal and brain rewiring

  • Podcasts and online shows discussing performance, clarity, and stress recovery

Every platform reinforces his mission: empower leaders to scale with calm, not chaos.

Themes & Message Pillars

1. Sustainable High Performance

Success shouldn’t cost you your health. Alex advocates for building capacity, not tolerating overload.

2. The Neuroscience of Stress

Understanding the brain is key to reversing burnout and restoring resilience.

3. Time Recovery & Boundaries

Practical systems for reclaiming 8-10 hours per week without reducing output.

4. The Identity Shift

“Who you are determines how you lead. ”Alex helps founders evolve from overwhelmed operators to calm, strategic leaders.

5. Clarity Over Chaos

He teaches founders to anchor decisions in health, love, and long-term vision—not short-term pressure.

LinkedIn sucks these days. Honestly, I think I’ve outgrown it. Everybody’s obsessed with numbers: - Going viral daily - $10K in 90 days - 10x growth in 60 days - 5 clients/week while you sleep - “If you’re 24/7 stressed, it means you care” I don’t want that for myself anymore. - Worked 14 hours a day - I’ve burned out, cost me $30K - Missed moments with my family - Made $15K in a minute and spent it all.  - Destroyed my health and my joy for “success.” Been there once. Never again. I’m done hiding behind a mask of shiny numbers and fake smiles. -> Success isn’t worth it if you’re faking who you are. But here’s the thing: -> I still want to help founders and leaders build something real. So, from now on, you’ll see me talk even more about: - Identity - Stress & burnout - Beliefs & thoughts - Breathing & Energy - Neuroscience/Neuroplasticity Because in the end: -> Burnout happens when the mask wins and you lose yourself. This is the new level me. My mission: Help founders, CEOs, and employees live without… - Missing their kids grow up - Wrecking their relationships - Destroying their mental and physical health No amount of money is worth that. (Trust me, I’ve been there.) If you ever think: - “I’m tired of feeling like I’m never enough.” - “If I rest, I’ll lose momentum and opportunities.” - “Needing help or slowing down means I’m weak.” - “Saying no to work is saying no to my family’s security.” - “I’ve read the books, done the routines, tried planners - nothing sticks.” You’re in the right place. Here, you’re safe. You can speak up. No judgment - just guidance from someone who’s lived it. I have 2 spots left for 2025.  DM me if you’re ready to talk, and we’ll see if it’s a fit. I disappeared for 4 days. Here’s why you should too! Sometimes stepping back is your best move. Last week, I got hit with the kind of news every leader/employee dreads:  - My 9-5 may have zero projects next year  - Short-term contracts only  - Unemployment on the table Instantly, my brain went into overdrive: - What happens to my team? - How does my future look like? - How do we fix this? I worked 13-hour days -> emergency mode Of course it lead to:  - Brain fog - restlessness - zero clarity. The more I tried to “work through it,” the worse my thinking got. I was there for my team physically, but mentally I was just firefighting. Here’s a fact:  -> You can’t lead well when you’re running on exhaustion/emotion/fear. Every founder, manager, and high-performer I coach faces this. (we all face it through our life) The difference isn’t who hustles hardest -> IT'S WHO STEPS BACK I took 4 days off to reset. No “productivity hacks.” Just space to:  - breathe - reflect - make a real plan - talk to my wife and friends To remind me:  -> When the world feels out of control, your only job is to control your state. Step back, reset, and THEN act. Every founder I’ve worked with who learned this skill made better decisions,  led their team through chaos, and protected their own health. If you’re always in emergency mode, try stepping back - just for a day.   P.S.: It might be the most productive thing you do all month. P.S.S.: My LinkedIn didn't fall apart or my business.  | 177 comments on LinkedIn

This one belief is quietly costing you $$$. And it’s taking your family/health/business down with it. Few weeks back I spoke with a founder: - 3 kids - 70‑hour weeks - Finishing “the rest” on weekends - Exhausted, depressed, running on high stress 24/7 On paper, he was doing great. → Inside, he felt like he was failing everyone. At some point he said the one thing crushing him out loud: “In the end, everything really must rest on my shoulders - the business, the team, my family.” This one belief was running him 23 years. Since he became a father first time. What he couldn't know was this belief reprogramed his brain and identity. → My worth = what I produce and earn - Your nervous system gets stuck in permanent survival mode - Your brain literally rewires for hyper‑vigilance (hello, 2am overthinking) - You never feel safe enough to slow down, even when your body is screaming for it This isn’t just mindset or missing bubble baths. It’s neuroplasticity in the wrong direction. The good news: The brain that wired itself into this can wire itself out of it. Here is how we solved it (based on the 3Rs): 1. Awareness: Notice when you catch yourself thinking “I have to do it all, or it won’t get done right.” Don’t judge it, just observe. 2. Challenge: Ask yourself, is this belief 100% true? Who else can handle this? What if I trusted others? 3. Small Experiment: Choose one simple task to delegate or postpone today. Notice your body’s reaction without trying to fix it immediately. 4. Resource Building: Anchor feelings of trust, calm, and safety. Practice breathing or visualization to strengthen these positive emotions. 5. Reinforcement: Repeat the small step daily, gradually expanding the space where you stop “holding everything together.” + What was left was a founder finally able to breathe again + Weekends with the family and pets + A team that had a leader again + Stress down from 10 to 4 + 8 hours saved in a week This is the kind of inner OS work I do with 6‑figure founders: we find the beliefs running their calendar and stress, then use neuroscience and identity work to rewire them for a life that doesn’t burn their brain or their family. If you’re ready for that, DM me. We’ll have a chat and I’ll see if you’re a fit. P.S.: If you’re honest, what’s the exact sentence your brain is running on right now? | 150 comments on LinkedIn

Nobody cares about mental health on Linkedin. But they LOVE running after stuff like: - going viral daily - making $10K in 90 days - 10x your growth in 60 days - sign 5 clients/week while sleeping - if you're 24/7 stressed it shows you care In fact everyone talks about the shiny success But they don't talk about the silent struggles: - Stress - Brain fog - Snapping at their partner - Lying awake at 2am thinking about payroll So when I started sharing about - burnout - inner game - the cost of hustle I honestly thought: “Yeah, this will probably flop." "Men don’t want to talk about this.” —> Holy sh*t I was wrong! Quietly, Founders started reaching out: - Running 6+ figures businesses → but burning out - Wearing all the hats (husband, boss, father..) → but feeling exhausted & tired of pretending it’s “just a busy phase” - Tired of hearing about the next “hack” → Just deeply wanting a better way to live. On the calls we had - they said things like: “I’m scared that if I stop, everything will fall apart.” “My business is growing, but I’m feeling empty.” “My family sees me when they go to bed .” And what I love the most is: —> These are not weak men. —> These are high-performers who finally realised mental health MATTERS Because: - it makes you sharper - It allows you to live more fully So if you’re also an exhausted male Founder (and you’re ready to drop the mask) To finally enjoy: More performance with more peace More presence and joy in their work More time to ACTUALLY LIVE DM "I'm in" to join the Waitlist for my 6-fig Founders community Second week of the Anti-Burnout-Experiment Alex - out 🎤⬇️ P.S.: Nothing more to say, have a great weekend! Sending you sunshine ☀️ | 182 comments on LinkedIn
