EXEED Digitals

Privacy Policy

Effective Date: March 30, 2026

1. Introduction

EXEED Digitals ("EXEED", "we", "us", or "our") is a LinkedIn marketing and technology company headquartered in Canada. We operate the website at exeeddigitals.com and provide a suite of AI-powered LinkedIn tools (the "EXEED AI Suite") as well as agency services including LinkedIn content management, corporate training, one-on-one coaching, and B2B outreach campaigns (collectively, the "Services").

The EXEED AI Suite includes the following tools: Post Copywriter, Hook Generator, Post Ideas Generator, Post Enricher, YouTube to LinkedIn, Post to Newsletter, Profile Evaluator, Smart Engage, and Inspiration Library.

This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, share, and protect information about you when you visit our website, create an account, use our AI tools, or engage us for agency services. By accessing or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with its terms, please discontinue use of our Services immediately.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information in several ways depending on how you interact with our Services.

2.1 Information You Provide Directly

When you create an account, subscribe to a paid plan, book a consultation call, or contact us through our website forms, you may provide us with the following information:

  • Full name and email address
  • Password (encrypted and stored securely)
  • Your LinkedIn profile URL (for brand analysis and profile evaluation)
  • Billing information (processed through Stripe)
  • Any additional information you voluntarily provide through contact forms or consultations

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you visit our website or use our AI tools, our servers and analytics systems may automatically collect:

  • Your IP address and approximate geographic location
  • Browser type and version, operating system, and device type
  • Pages visited, time spent on each page, and navigation paths
  • Referring URLs and exit pages
  • Tool usage data and interaction analytics

2.3 LinkedIn Data

We interact with LinkedIn data in two distinct ways:

A) Public Profile Analysis (no login required)

When users provide their LinkedIn profile URL for brand analysis or profile evaluation, we access publicly available LinkedIn data only, including profile information and recent posts. We do not access private LinkedIn data, messages, or connections. Data is processed in real time and cached temporarily for performance optimization.

B) LinkedIn Account Connection via OAuth (for post scheduling)

Users may optionally connect their LinkedIn account via LinkedIn's official OAuth 2.0 protocol to enable the post scheduling feature. When you choose to connect, we request only the following permissions:

  • openid, profile, emailto identify you and display your name and profile picture inside the app.
  • w_member_socialto publish posts to LinkedIn on your behalf at the scheduled time you specify.

What we collect and store when you connect your account: full name, email address, profile picture URL, LinkedIn member ID, and your OAuth access token (stored encrypted). We use the access token solely to publish the posts you have explicitly scheduled from within the app. We do not read your existing posts, inbox, connections, or any other data from your account.

You can disconnect at any time from the Settings page inside the app. This immediately deletes your stored access token and revokes our ability to post on your behalf. You can also revoke permissions directly from your LinkedIn app settings at linkedin.com/psettings/permitted-services.

2.4 Payment Information

All payments are processed by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. We do not store credit card numbers or full financial details on our servers. Stripe retains and processes your payment data in accordance with Stripe's privacy policy and Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS).

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • Service delivery. To operate and provide the AI tools and agency services you have requested, including writing posts, generating hooks, evaluating profiles, enriching posts, and generating ideas.
  • Account management. To create and maintain your account, process subscription payments, enforce usage limits (Free: 10 credits/month; Creator: $29/month, unlimited; Business: $59/month, unlimited), and provide access to your usage history and saved library.
  • Communication. To respond to your inquiries, send transactional emails (such as booking confirmations and invoices), and, where you have opted in, to send you newsletters, product updates, and marketing communications.
  • Improvement and analytics. To understand how our tools are used, identify bugs and performance issues, and develop new features and services.
  • Legal compliance and security. To detect and prevent fraud, comply with applicable laws and regulations, and enforce our Terms of Service.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. LinkedIn Data Usage

We are committed to transparency about how we handle LinkedIn data. The following practices apply to all LinkedIn data we process:

  • We only access publicly available LinkedIn data, or data you explicitly authorize via OAuth.
  • LinkedIn data is used solely to provide the services you requested: profile analysis, post scheduling, Smart Engage, and Inspiration Library.
  • We do not sell LinkedIn data to third parties.
  • Users can request deletion of their LinkedIn data at any time by contacting us at contact@exeeddigitals.com.
  • We comply with LinkedIn's API Terms of Use.

Post Scheduling

Post scheduling is not automation — it is a fully user-directed publishing service. When you connect your LinkedIn account, you write, review, and approve the post yourself, then choose the exact time for it to go live. EXEED AI carries out only that explicit instruction: publishing the post you selected at the time you chose. No decisions are made by the system independently.

Smart Engage Feature

Our Smart Engage feature allows users to discover public content from LinkedIn creators and receive AI-generated comment suggestions. This is strictly a comment drafting assistance tool. No comments, replies, likes, or any interactions are posted automatically. The user manually copies the suggested reply and pastes it into LinkedIn themselves.

No Automation Policy

EXEED Digitals does not automate any actions on LinkedIn. All of our tools are content creation, drafting, and user-directed scheduling tools. We do not comment, like, follow, send messages, or perform any action on LinkedIn without an explicit, direct instruction from you.

5. Third-Party Service Providers

We engage trusted third-party service providers to help us operate our Services. These providers are contractually obligated to use your information only to perform services for us and in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Our current service providers include:

  • LinkedIn OAuth 2.0 for account sign-in and post scheduling (when users opt in to connect their account)
  • OpenAI for AI processing and content generation

  • Business transfers. In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you via email or a prominent notice on our website of any such change in ownership.

  • Closed accounts. If you close your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 90 days, unless we are required to retain it for longer periods to comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes.
  • Tool inputs. Tool inputs are processed in real time to generate your output and are stored only when you explicitly save results to your library.
  • LinkedIn profile cache. Cached profile data is refreshed periodically and deleted upon account closure.
  • LinkedIn OAuth access token. Stored encrypted for as long as your LinkedIn account remains connected. Deleted immediately upon disconnection from the Settings page or upon account closure.
  • Scheduled posts. Retained until the scheduled publish time, after which they move to your posts history. You may delete them at any time.

8. Data Security

We implement industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These measures include:

  • Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS) across all services
  • Encrypted storage for sensitive data
  • Access controls and authentication for our internal systems
  • Regular security reviews

Despite our best efforts, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information.
