Paul M. Neuberger embodies what happens when faith, courage, and bold action intersect. From navigating near fatal burnout to founding C-Suite for Christ, a global fellowship for Christian executives, to speaking internationally on leadership and faith, Paul has redefined what it means to lead with purpose and impact.

Who Is Paul M. Neuberger?

Paul M. Neuberger is an international keynote speaker, author, and founder of C-Suite for Christ, a fellowship connecting Christian executives worldwide. He is also the author of The Secrets to Cold Call Success, sharing practical strategies for overcoming fear and achieving professional growth.

His mission?

To help believers live successful, meaningful lives by integrating faith into leadership, business, and personal development.”

Through platforms including LinkedIn, YouTube, and the C-Suite for Christ Podcast, Paul has inspired thousands to embrace challenges, live boldly, and stand firm in their faith.

From Burnout to Breakthrough

Paul M. Neuberger journey wasn’t always marked by success. In 2017, his doctor warned him: “You’re killing yourself.” Years of relentless work, ignoring health, and sacrificing family had pushed him to collapse during a live presentation.

That moment became transformative. Paul recognized the importance of surrendering to God’s guidance. He rebuilt his life around purpose, not hustle:

  • Working smarter, not harder

  • Prioritizing family and faith

  • Leveraging his gifts to guide others toward bold leadership

Paul teaches that challenges whether cold calls, business growth, or personal fears are opportunities for growth when approached with faith and conviction.

Mission: Faith, Leadership, and Influence at Scale

Through C-Suite for Christ, Paul empowers Christian executives and leaders to integrate biblical principles into professional and personal life. The podcast is in the top 1% of all podcasts worldwide, addressing tough topics most avoid, from political engagement to cultural issues, all anchored in Scripture.

Paul also provides:

  • Educational content and transcripts from his podcasts

  • Spiritual guidance on parenting and faith in action

  • Insights on standing firm against cultural and moral challenges

Themes & Message Pillars

The numbers don’t lie. God is on the move. The C-Suite for Christ Podcast is now officially in the top 1% of all podcasts worldwide. Not Christian podcasts. Not leadership podcasts. All podcasts. On the C-Suite for Christ YouTube Channel, we’ve racked up thousands of viewing hours, sparked countless conversations, and pushed into territory most pastors, churches, and “Christian influencers” are too afraid to touch. We take on the topics others avoid because truth deserves a voice, not a muzzle. And because of all this momentum, one of the biggest requests we’ve been inundated with is: “Can we get the transcripts?” Yes. You can now access full transcripts of our episodes. Want them? Tag C-Suite for Christ in the comments below, and we’ll let you know exactly how to get your hands on these. It’s our prayer that these transcripts give you the motivation, inspiration, talking points, and Bible-anchored conviction you need to push back against the secularization of society, to stand firm in a spineless culture, and to help us cover every square inch of this world in Christ. Because the world doesn’t need more silence. It needs more saints with a spine. “For I am not ashamed of the gospel…” — Romans 1:16 Bold truth changes lives. Let’s go change some more. Paul M. Yesterday at church, something happened that stopped me in my tracks. As I looked down the pew, I saw my daughter, Reagan, reading the Bible. Not flipping. Not doodling. Not zoning out like so many kids her age. Reading it. And not for five or 10 minutes. She was locked in for nearly the entire service — about 80% of it. I was so stunned, moved, and proud that I couldn’t help but snap a picture. Here’s the truth: As a father, I’ve often felt the pressure to force my Christian beliefs on my children. To push. To insist. To “make sure” they love Jesus because I want what’s best for them. But that’s not how faith works. And that’s not how hearts are transformed. You don’t force faith. You live it. You make Jesus the priority. You model what it looks like to walk with Him. You expose your children — day after day — to what you believe, why you believe it, and Who you follow. And eventually, it takes hold. I never asked Reagan to read the Bible yesterday. I didn’t prompt her. I didn’t tell her to “pay attention.” She chose that on her own — and because it was her choice, it hit me even harder. “Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it.” — Proverbs 22:6 Parents, hear me: If your children are already walking in the faith — praise God, keep nurturing that spark. If they’re not there yet — don’t panic. Don’t lose hope. Don’t give up. Keep praying. Keep modeling. Keep exposing them to Christ. Keep living a life they can look at and say, “I want what Mom or Dad has.” Because one day, sometimes unexpectedly, sometimes quietly, everything clicks. And that moment will be worth every prayer you ever prayed. The seeds you plant today will become the faith your children stand on tomorrow. C-Suite for Christ, Paul M. Every day is D-Day. Picture this: You wake up, stretch, pour your coffee, scroll your phone… and without even realizing it, you step onto a battlefield. The air is thick with smoke. Demons whisper. Arrows fly. The enemy is advancing. And you? You’ve got no helmet. No sword. No shield. No plan. You’ve just rolled out of bed and walked straight into spiritual Omaha Beach—unarmed, untrained, and unaware. How long do you think you’d last in that kind of fight? Ten seconds? Maybe less. And that’s exactly what’s happening to millions of believers every single day. They head into the chaos of life without prayer. Without Scripture. Without worship. Without the armor of God. They think they’re ready because they go to church on Sunday or wear a cross necklace. But the devil isn’t intimidated by a necklace—he’s terrified of a Christian who actually knows who they are in Christ and acts like it. We’re living in a generation of unprepared soldiers. Spiritually flabby, emotionally distracted, and too comfortable to notice that we’re under siege. And the results are devastating. Anxiety is devouring us. Depression is consuming us. Addictions are enslaving us. Marriages are collapsing. Families are fracturing. People are ending their lives in despair. This is not coincidence—it’s casualty. Satan doesn’t need to take your life if he can take your purpose. He doesn’t need to stop your heart if he can silence your voice. He’s been studying you your entire life, and every morning you walk out the door without your spiritual armor, he smiles—because you just made his job easier. Every single sunrise is an act of war. Every conversation, every temptation, every decision is a skirmish in the eternal conflict between good and evil. But here’s the hope: You don’t fight alone. You serve the Commander of Heaven’s Armies. You have the full authority of the risen Christ. You have armor forged by the hand of God Himself—truth as your belt, righteousness as your breastplate, salvation as your helmet, faith as your shield, the Word as your sword. So stop strolling through the war zone in pajamas and start showing up like the warrior you were created to be. Pray before you post. Worship before you worry. Speak Scripture before you speak fear. Suit up before you step out. Because the devil doesn’t wait until you’re ready—he attacks when you’re weak. As Ephesians 6:11 reminds us: “Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes.” You’re not just surviving another day. You’re storming the beaches of hell itself with the light of heaven in your heart. So armor up, soldier. Because every day you wake up, the battle for your soul begins again. And remember this— Faith isn’t a comfort blanket. It’s combat gear. C-Suite for Christ, Paul M. If you’re looking for safe, sanitized Christianity, keep scrolling. We just released a new episode of the C-Suite for Christ Podcast, “When the Red and Blue Meet the Cross: Can a Christian Be a Democrat?” Why did we dedicate a full show to this? Because too many leaders dodge the hard conversations while our culture celebrates what God calls sin. If we claim Christ, we don’t get to rewrite Scripture to fit a party platform. We submit to God’s Word—period. This episode isn’t about emotions or tribal loyalty. It’s about truth. I walk through what the Bible says about life, marriage, gender, justice, personal responsibility, and the role of the Church—and then I compare those standards to what the modern Democratic platform openly champions. My contention is simple: that platform is incompatible with Scripture. Not partially. Not occasionally. Incompatible. “Woe to those who call evil good and good evil.” — Isaiah 5:20 I’m not interested in name-calling. I’m interested in alignment with God. If we’re followers of Jesus, we cannot bless what He condemns or affirm what His Word rejects. Silence isn’t love. Avoidance isn’t kindness. And if a person is afraid of hard, necessary conversations, what does that say about their confidence in the truth they claim to believe? Here’s my challenge: Listen to the episode and prove me wrong. Don’t react—reason. Bring Scripture, facts, and logic, not outrage. If you agree, would you share it with others who need to hear it? If you hate it or disagree, email me directly and tell me why: pneuberger@csuiteforchrist.com. I’ll read and personally respond to every note. You can find this episode on all of the major podcast platforms, or the video version on our YouTube Channel here: https://bit.ly/4p1pxb6 We’re called to expose darkness, not make peace with it. We’re called to be faithful, not fashionable. Let’s stop letting political parties disciple us and let the Bible do that instead. Tune in, test everything against God’s Word, and let’s have the courageous, clarifying conversation the Church desperately needs.
