We discussed 7 trends shaping the future of advertising as we know it: (1) AI is redefining advertising, not replacing it. With AI agents influencing purchase decisions and creative driving up to 75% of campaign effectiveness, brands have to rethink their entire approach. (Or they might miss out on important growth opportunities.) (2) Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) is reshaping how consumers discover brands in an AI-driven search world. Last year’s SEO playbook is already obsolete. (Brands must re-learn and unlearn old SEO practices.) (3) Omnichannel is a non-negotiable. From pop-ups to big-box retail, today’s shopping journey is still fragmented. Winning brands show up everywhere their customers are. (And that's in the real physical world too!) (4) “Global” doesn’t mean one-size-fits-all. The next wave is hyper-local targeting powered by global infrastructure. Think local creators driving global movements (hello, Squid Game 👀🦑 ). (5) In a Cookieless world, first-party data is your ticket to longevity. Brands that build those strategies now will win tomorrow. (And they still need to keep iterating).
